1. Shipping Policy
   

   Ships Time
   Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 working days.

   Shipping Coverage
   Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

   Shipping Cost
   The cost for expedited shipping is displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
   If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@onanoros.com. Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day you received the goods. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

a. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
b. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging  
c. The product must not have been used
